Confirm your site, role and source revision. Follow the local procedure and responsible engineer for physical actions.
What to record
Select the exact project and immutable revision. Give the record a specific title and enter measured or reviewed information with a traceable source, date and version where the form allows. Separate observations, assumptions and conclusions.
How review works
- Save the draft and inspect any validation findings.
- Ask a different, assigned engineer with the required project role to review it.
- After review, inspect the decision and download the evidence JSON when available.
- If rejected, create a corrected record rather than altering the old decision.
Check before proceeding
- A reviewer cannot approve their own record.
- A reviewed document does not prove that an external vendor tool, PLC or physical test ran.
