- What observation and time window triggered the recommendation?
- Which sources, units and quality flags support it?
- What model version and intended operating domain were used?
- What alternatives or constraints were considered?
- Who accepts or rejects it, and how will the outcome be checked?
Decision boundary
Keep the recommendation advisory. A persuasive explanation cannot replace engineering review, site procedure or control-system authority. Record why the engineer accepted or rejected it.
