Confirm your site, role and source revision. Follow the local procedure and responsible engineer for physical actions.
The chain
- Create or select the project.
- Open the intended immutable revision and confirm its source fingerprint.
- Attach drawing/P&ID and other engineering records to that revision.
- Assign distinct reviewer roles before asking for approval.
- Use release gates only after their reviewed predecessors are present for the exact revision.
Why exact revision matters
An approval for an older or different project revision cannot substitute for a missing record. Generated exchange artifacts still require import and validation in the compatible vendor tool.
