Diagnose
- If signed out, return to Access and use your named account.
- Confirm the active organization and site.
- Check whether the operation requires engineer/admin role.
- For review, confirm you did not author the record and are assigned the required project role.
- Ask the site administrator to correct membership rather than sharing a token.
Record the request
Give the administrator the site, workspace, project and required role. Do not send access tokens, cookies or private keys.
